OVERHEAD CRANE OPERATOR

Requirements:

• operating the crane, observing the operation of the machinery and electrical equipment,

Obligations:

• Ensuring correct operation of the heating equipment.
• Repair of heating equipment and necessary preventive measures, as well as checking the quality of repairs made by third-party contractors.
• Performance analysis of the heating equipment.
• Routine maintenance of heating equipment.
• Tracking the performance of the connected heating networks.
• Testing of new heating equipment.
• Providing work with necessary technical documentation.
• Carrying out necessary calculations in their specialty, as well as checking the correctness of their performance by third-party contractors.

THE LAWYER

Obligations:

• Ensures compliance with the rule of law in the activities of the enterprise and protects its legal interests.
• He performs legal expertise of draft orders, instructions, regulations, standards and other acts of legal nature, which are prepared at the enterprise, to vise them, as well as to participate, if necessary, in the preparation of these documents.
• Taking measures to amend or cancel legal acts issued by the enterprise in breach of the legislation in force.
• Preparing opinions on legal issues arising in the activity of the company, as well as on drafting normative acts submitted for review by the company.
• Provides methodical management of the legal work at the enterprise, an explanation of the current legislation and the order of its application, rendering of legal aid to structural divisions in claim work, preparation and transfer of necessary materials in judicial bodies.
• Represents the enterprise interests in court, the arbitration court, and also in the state and public organisations at consideration of legal questions, to carry out conducting of business in courts of general jurisdiction and in arbitration courts.
• Participates in preparation and conclusion of collective agreements, branch tariff agreements, development and implementation of measures for strengthening of labour discipline, regulation of social and labour relations at the enterprise.
• Also heading the activity on analysis and generalization of results of consideration of claims, legal cases (including in the arbitration court), and also practice of conclusion and execution of economic contracts, development of offers on improvement of control over observance of contractual discipline on production deliveries, elimination of the revealed defects and improvement of production, economic and financial activity of the enterprise.
• Provides preparation of materials about embezzlement, waste, shortage, production of low-quality production, violation of ecological legislation and other violations of the law for their transfer to the investigating and judicial bodies, taking measures for compensation of damage, caused to the enterprise.
• Participates in the development and implementation of measures to strengthen the contract, financial and labor discipline, ensuring the safety of the property of the enterprise.
• Preparing legal opinions for the documents on bringing the enterprise workers to disciplinary and material responsibility.
• The Company also takes part in the review of receivables with the purpose of revealing the debts, which demand compulsory collection, provides preparation of legal conclusions for the proposals on writing off the bad debts.
• Prepares documents for enterprise participation in tenders and procurements.
