Bridge concrete sleepers type III - M21 and shuttle concrete sleepers type III - Ch1 - Ch20 are designed for tracks with a track gauge of 1520 mm, with elastic rail fastenings of "Fosslo" type, including Skl Sl Super, Skl14, Skl SL1, Skl 30 and others, which are used by typical rolling stock of railways of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of these sleepers is to be laid on bridges with a ballast layer and guardrails. Sleepers are produced according to requirements of ST 151040010039-TO-04-2016 "Concrete prestressed special sleepers for track on bridges and tunnels with ballast layer and safety devices of counter-ballast for tracks with track gauge 1520 mm". 

The nominal value determining the type of sleeper depends on the distance between the axes of the corner fixing screws and the distance from the axis of the corner fixing screw to the outer stop edge with the extension of the plane of the sub-rail.

The nominal value of the dimensions to be checked must not exceed the dimensions given in the Table below:

Materials used in the production of concrete sleepers:

  1. Reinforcement material - high-strength wire with a diameter of 3 mm, grade 3 Br1500-1;
  2. Crushed stone - fraction 5-20 mm, strength not lower than 1200;
  3. Sand - washed with a grain size modulus (Mkr.) 2,5 - 3,2;
  4. Cement - Portland cement CEM 42,5;
  5. Superplasticizing additive - ADM.

All materials have certificates of conformity of quality and constantly undergo incoming inspection of the certified laboratory of the plant of complex reinforced concrete structures of "Firma BENT" LLP.
